The Challenge
Managing a beauty-focused membership program with 50+ members may not seem overwhelming at first, but as the community grew, tracking membership statuses became increasingly difficult. My client needed a way to monitor active members, identify failed payments, and keep a record of cancellations – all without spending hours manually sorting through spreadsheets or emails.

The Solution
We implemented a card-based tracking system in Trello that allowed the client to easily move members into different categories based on their current status: active, failed payment, canceled, and re-engagement opportunities. This approach created a clear, at-a-glance dashboard where they could quickly assess membership health and take action accordingly.
Instead of sifting through multiple platforms or relying on memory, my client could instantly see:

✔ Which members had failed payments that needed follow-ups
✔ Who had canceled and might be open to rejoining
✔ Any members who had recently joined and needed a warm welcome
By making the system simple and easy to update, my client could manage their growing membership with minimal effort while ensuring no member slipped through the cracks.
