• Tiered pricing and automated enrollment: The program offered separate pricing for students and professionals, with timed price increases built in. Accepted applicants were automatically redirected to checkout—no manual chasing required.
• Live Q&A and instructor access: We integrated live sessions and a private online space so students could ask questions, engage in case-based discussions, and feel supported throughout the program.
• Automated communications: Everything from launch emails to session reminders was handled through Kajabi’s built-in tools—keeping things running smoothly on the back end.

The Outcome

• A multiple six-figure launch in the very first cohort
