The Challenge

When the COVID-19 pandemic made in-person learning impossible, my client – a highly respected educator with over 40 years of experience – needed a way to bring their advanced seminar series online. Their students relied on these trainings for continued education in the chiropractic field.

The challenge wasn’t just moving the content online – it was ensuring that:
🚩 The programs remained interactive and not just another self-paced course
🚩 Students had direct access to their instructors for guidance and case-based learning
🚩 The launch and enrollment process was automated and scalable

With a global audience spanning over 19 countries, my client needed a seamless, well-structured program that allowed students to enroll, progress through the training, and engage with live Q&A sessions – all without creating additional manual work.

The Solution

We first built a 10-month live group program inside Kajabi, ensuring a smooth transition from in-person learning to a robust online experience. Key solutions included:

✔ Structured Course Delivery – The program was divided into 40 weekly modules, with lessons dripping out at a set schedule, followed by assignments a few days later to allow for better absorption.
✔ Automated Enrollment & Pricing Tiers – Using Kajabi’s checkout pages, automations, and countdown timers, we set up multiple pricing tiers for doctors and students, including automatic price increases throughout the launch.
✔ Seamless Application & Payment System – While the program required an application, we streamlined the process so that accepted applicants were immediately redirected to the checkout page, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups.
✔ Live Q&A Integration – The program included live Q&A sessions and an exclusive online community, giving students direct access to the instructor for deeper understanding of the material.
✔ Automated Communication – Kajabi’s email marketing tools were used to send launch emails, enrollment confirmations, program start details, and live session reminders.

By leveraging Kajabi’s powerful automation and learning management tools, we created an engaging, structured, and scalable online learning experience which included the 10-month program as well as additional programs that we built.

The Results

✅ Successful six-figure launch – The first cohort generated multiple six figures in revenue, proving the demand for an online version of the program.
