This rebuild didn’t start with a dramatic declaration. No “new year, new me” BS. No burning down my business. I don’t have the energy for that anymore.
It started quietly — little pokes in my day, tiny discomforts, a sense of “ugh … this doesn’t feel like me anymore.” Not because anything was wrong, but because everything felt a little too sharp, too loud, too heavy. And I just didn’t want to force myself through it again.
So I’m choosing a different path this time.

ToggleI’ve been running this business in tiny windows for years — between IEP meetings and therapy appointments, unpredictable days, and honestly, just life.
I realized I needed my business to meet me where I actually am … not where I should be in some entrepreneur fantasyland.
I’ll be sharing the tiny shifts I’m making, things I’m releasing, systems I’m softening, routines I’m reshaping, the little sparks of creativity I’m following again.
Not one that demands constant output or perfect consistency, neither of which are realistic.
This rebuild is really just me saying:
“If I’m going to run a business long-term, it needs to feel like a cozy blanket … not another dreaded source of stress.”
This isn’t a “burn it all to the ground” situation. Although I’ve done that many times before, I don’t have the stamina for it now.
It’s not:
It’s like rearranging the furniture and adding warm lighting, instead of a complete remodel.
This season is a slow, thoughtful reimagining of how I want Wildflow to feel — both for me and for anyone who wanders in.
It’s about simplifying systems that used to overwhelm me, softening routines that felt rigid, and gently building things that feel warm and sustainable.
It’s giving myself permission to work in low-power mode and to follow the spark of creativity without forcing it into a strategy.
I’ll be sharing tiny shifts, soft experiments, and little moments of “oh, that feels better.” Things I’m letting go of. Systems I’m softening. How I’m rethinking services without draining myself. My low-pressure approach to marketing. The tiny wins I’m choosing to celebrate. And honestly? Whatever else feels true in the moment.
You’re welcome to sit with me here.
